Summary

Retride is a keto BHB capsule. You take two a day with an 8 oz glass of water, and one bottle lasts 30 days. Each serving holds a 60 mg blend of magnesium, calcium and sodium BHB. The label pairs it with a 70/25/5 keto diet. Packs of 2, 3 or 6 bottles cost $79, $69 or $49 a bottle on the sales page.

Why do people look for a keto BHB supplement like Retride?

Most people look for a keto pill when the diet feels hard. The first weeks of keto can bring headaches, tiredness and cramps, often called keto flu (Cleveland Clinic, 2026).

Others have seen a keto pill ad and want to know what is really in the bottle.

A keto routine that sticks

Wanting a small daily habit to go with low-carb meals, not a shortcut around them.

Something simple to take

Two capsules and a glass of water fit into almost any morning.

A label they can check

Wanting to see which ketone salts are inside and how the claims are worded.

Retride is built for that habit, not as a treatment. Weight-loss supplements as a group have little proof behind them (NIH ODS, 2021), so food and activity still do the main work.

What is Retride?

White Retride bottle with a purple R logo reading Advanced Weight Loss Support, 60 capsules
The white Retride bottle with its purple R logo. The front says Advanced Weight Loss Support and 60 capsules, which is a 30-day supply at two a day.

Retride is a dietary supplement sold in capsules. The front label reads “Advanced Weight Loss Support*.” Each bottle holds 60 capsules, which is 30 servings.

One serving of two capsules holds a 60 mg proprietary blend. The blend has three ketone salts: magnesium, calcium and sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate, or BHB for short.

The claims on the label are structure/function claims. The FDA does not check them before sale, which is why each one carries an asterisk (FDA, 2024).

Supplement, not medicine. Retride is a dietary supplement. It is not a weight-loss medicine, and it is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

How is Retride supposed to work?

Retride is meant to sit inside a keto routine, not replace one. The idea rests on BHB, a ketone your body makes when it runs on fat.

  1. 1

    Take one serving

The label's suggested use is two capsules daily with an 8 oz glass of water. Two capsules make one serving.

  2. 2

    BHB enters the blood

BHB is a ketone. In ketosis, the body burns fat for fuel instead of sugar and makes ketones like BHB (Cleveland Clinic, 2022). Taking BHB from outside is called exogenous ketones.

  3. 3

    Salts raise ketones a little

At gram doses, BHB salt drinks raised blood ketones to about 1 mM, far less than ketone esters (Stubbs et al., 2017).

  4. 4

The diet does the main work

The label pairs Retride with a 70/25/5 keto diet. A Cleveland Clinic dietitian notes that keto supplements do not put you in ketosis by themselves (Cleveland Clinic, 2023).

  5. 5

    A steady routine

The label gives no timeline. The product is built for daily use over weeks.

Seller graphic titled How Retride Works with three steps: 01 follow label directions, 02 product formula, 03 daily routine, next to the bottle
The seller's how-it-works graphic. It points you back to the label for directions and frames the product as a daily routine, not a one-time fix.
The honest part. The studies above used BHB in grams. Retride holds 60 mg of blend in total. No one has published a study of the finished formula. See the dose check and the how it works page.

What's inside Retride?

Retride lists one active line: a 60 mg proprietary blend. Inside it are three BHB salts. The label names each one but does not say how much of each the blend holds.

01Ketone salt

Magnesium BHB

Share not listed

Magnesium beta-hydroxybutyrate, inside the 60 mg blend

What studies used

About 12-24 g of BHB per drink in salt studies

Salt drinks raised blood ketones far less than ketone esters. The label does not say how much magnesium BHB is in Retride. (Stubbs et al., 2017)

02Ketone salt

Calcium BHB

Share not listed

Calcium beta-hydroxybutyrate, inside the 60 mg blend

What studies used

About 24 g a day of BHB salts for 6 weeks

On a low-calorie keto diet, BHB salts did not add weight or fat loss over placebo. (Buga et al., 2021)

03Ketone salt

Sodium BHB

Share not listed

Sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate, inside the 60 mg blend

What studies used

About 10 g a day of BHB salts for 8 weeks

With diet and walking, BHB salts did not give a significant extra drop in weight. (Roeth et al., 2025)

Seller graphic titled Inside Retride showing tiles for magnesium BHB, calcium BHB and sodium BHB, the capsule format and the bottle label
The seller's ingredient graphic. It shows the three BHB salts and the capsule format, but like the label it gives no amount for each salt.

Why the label can hide single amounts

U.S. rules let a proprietary blend list its total weight without each amount (eCFR, n.d.). The 60 mg also counts the minerals, so the BHB itself is less.

Other ingredients and the capsule

The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin and magnesium stearate. Gelatin comes from animal skin and bones, so Retride is not vegetarian or vegan (Vegetarian Resource Group, n.d.). Each salt has its own write-up on the Retride ingredients page.

Retride dosage vs. research dosage: an honest look

Retride holds far less BHB than any human study we found. Its whole blend is 60 mg a day, minerals included, while studies used about 5 to 30 g (GSSI, 2022). That is roughly 80 to 500 times more.

What it means: Retride is a very low-dose keto product. Even the large doses in these trials did not add weight loss over placebo. Our post on how much BHB studies use walks through each trial.

Do not double up. More capsules are not the fix. The label says not to exceed the recommended dose, and the high-dose salt drinks in studies caused the most stomach upset.

What is the 70/25/5 diet printed on the Retride label?

It is a keto diet ratio: 70% of calories from fat, 25% from protein and 5% from carbs. The label says to aim for it “for best results in achieving ketosis.”

Typical keto diets get 70-80% of calories from fat, 10-20% from protein and 5-10% from carbs (Harvard Nutrition Source, 2025). So the label's 25% protein is a little higher than usual.

The diet ratio on the Retride label next to a typical keto diet
Part of the dietRetride labelTypical keto diet
Fat70%70-80%
Protein25%10-20%
Carbohydrates5%5-10%

The diet itself has modest results. In a review of 13 trials, people on a very-low-carb keto diet lost about 0.9 kg more than people on a low-fat diet after a year or more (Bueno et al., 2013). Our keto and BHB guide covers what to eat and who should skip keto.

What are the claimed benefits of Retride?

The Retride label makes four claims, and each one carries an asterisk. Here is what each claim means in plain words.

Advanced Weight Loss Support*

The headline on the front. It tells you the product is meant to sit beside a weight-loss plan. It is not a promise of pounds.

Supports Healthy Metabolism*

A structure/function claim. The maker must be able to back it up, but the FDA does not review it (FDA, 2024).

Promotes Fat Burning*

Ketosis is when the body burns fat for fuel (Cleveland Clinic, 2022). That comes from the diet. The capsule alone does not cause it.

Helps Reduce Appetite & Cravings*

The appetite study we found used a large ketone ester drink, not salts. It lowered hunger for a few hours (Stubbs et al., 2018).

What Retride does not do

  • It does not treat, cure or prevent obesity or any other disease.
  • It does not put you in ketosis without a keto diet.
  • It does not promise a set number of pounds or a date for results.
  • It does not replace any medicine your doctor prescribed.

Each claim gets a full write-up on the benefits page.

Retride pros and cons

Here is the short list for Retride, the good and the bad side by side.

Pros

  • Simple dose: two capsules a day with water
  • The three BHB salts are named on the label
  • No stimulant is listed
  • 60-day money-back window from the purchase date
  • One phone line for tracking and refunds
  • $49 a bottle on the 6-bottle pack

Cons

  • The whole 60 mg blend is roughly 80 to 500 times below study amounts
  • No single amount for any of the three salts
  • Gelatin capsule, so not vegetarian or vegan
  • No study of the finished formula
  • No review matched to a real order yet
  • Buyer pays return shipping

Who is Retride for, and who should skip it?

Retride is for adults 18 and over who follow, or plan to follow, a keto-style diet and want a simple capsule habit. It suits people who read labels and know the dose is small.

A likely fit

  • Healthy adults 18 and over
  • People already eating low-carb who want one small daily habit
  • People who want a capsule with no stimulant listed
  • People who can stick with a routine for at least 30 days

Talk to a doctor first, or skip it

  • Anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing
  • Anyone with a known medical condition
  • Vegetarians and vegans, because of the gelatin capsule
  • Anyone looking for a weight-loss drug

Each group gets more detail on the who it is for page.

How to take Retride

  3. 3

    Pick one anchor

Tie the dose to a meal or a daily task you never skip.

Is Retride safe? Side effects and who should check first

Retride lists no stimulant, and its whole blend is 60 mg a day. No study has tested the finished formula, so what we know comes from the label and from research on much larger BHB doses.

Four points to read before your first capsule

  • Medicines and sodium: if you take diabetes drugs (especially SGLT2 inhibitors), diuretics, or blood-pressure, heart or kidney medicines, or you follow a low-sodium diet, talk to your doctor before a keto diet or any ketone product.
  • Who should ask first: the label says pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should ask a physician before use.
  • Stomach upset: at high doses, BHB salt drinks caused the most gut symptoms, including diarrhea in 3 of 15 people (Stubbs et al., 2019). Retride's 60 mg is a tiny fraction of those doses.
  • Ketosis is not ketoacidosis: ketosis from diet is different from diabetic ketoacidosis, a life-threatening emergency (Cleveland Clinic, 2022). If you have diabetes, check with a provider (MedlinePlus, 2025).

How much mineral is in 60 mg?

How long does Retride take to work?

The Retride label gives no timeline, and no verified customer timeline exists yet. This outline maps your dates and decisions, not results.

  1. Day 1

    Start and save your dates

Your 60-day window starts on the purchase date. Keep the order email.

  2. Week 1-2

    Expect a keto adjustment

If you also start keto, headaches, tiredness and cramps can last about one to two weeks (Cleveland Clinic, 2026). Drink water.

  3. Day 30

    First bottle runs out

The sales page asks for at least 30 days of use before a refund request.

  4. Week 6-8

    Study length

BHB salt trials ran 6 to 8 weeks at 10 to 24 g a day (Buga et al., 2021) (Roeth et al., 2025). They found no significant extra weight loss over placebo.

  5. Day 60

Is Retride legit or a scam?

Retride is a real, labeled product with a phone desk, a returns address and a 60-day window. It is sold here by the USA Authorized Retride Retailer.

It is also very new online. As of October 11, 2026, web searches found no reviews, press releases, regulator actions, or Amazon, Walmart or eBay listings for Retride, and nothing for “Instituto Experience.”

Check the bottle

Look for the white bottle with the purple R logo, “Advanced Weight Loss Support” and 60 capsules. The label reads Distributed for: Instituto Experience. Do not use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing.

Call the desk

Keto pills have a history of fake celebrity endorsements and “free trial” traps that turn into repeat charges (AARP, 2020) (BBB, 2018). The FTC warns that no pill replaces diet and exercise (FTC, 2022).

Ignore celebrity ads. Any ad that ties Retride to a TV show, a celebrity or a free bottle did not come from the label or the sales page. Our post on spotting keto pill scams shows the warning signs.

I commute on the train. Two capsules after coffee. Walk after lunch. The bottle is not the whole plan. I keep it on the washer. I take it before I start the truck.

Our honest take

Retride is easy to take, lists no stimulant and comes with a fair refund window. Its weak point is the dose. The whole blend is a tiny fraction of what BHB studies used, and even those doses did not add weight loss over placebo.

If you buy it, treat it as a small part of a keto routine. Diet, sleep and movement matter far more.

Retride FAQ: what people ask Google and Bing

What is Retride?

Retride is a dietary supplement in capsules, labeled “Advanced Weight Loss Support.” Each bottle holds 60 capsules. Two capsules make one serving, with a 60 mg blend of three BHB salts.

Is Retride a keto pill?

Yes, in the everyday sense. It holds BHB salts, the ketone ingredient found in most keto pills, and its label pairs it with a diet of 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs.

Does Retride work for weight loss?

No study has tested Retride itself. In trials, 10 to 24 g a day of BHB salts did not add significant weight loss over placebo (Roeth et al., 2025) (Buga et al., 2021). Retride's whole blend is 60 mg a day.

Is Retride legit or a scam?

Retride is a labeled product sold by an authorized U.S. retailer with a phone desk, a returns address and a 60-day window. As of October 11, 2026, we found no independent reviews and no regulator actions for it, good or bad.

What is in Retride?

Two capsules hold a 60 mg proprietary blend of magnesium, calcium and sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate. The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, a gelatin capsule and magnesium stearate.

Is Retride FDA approved?

No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, 2022). The label says Retride was made in an FDA registered facility, which describes the factory, not the product.

How do you take Retride?

The label says to take two capsules daily with an 8 oz glass of water. It names no time of day, and it says not to exceed the recommended dose.

Who makes Retride?

The label reads “Distributed for: Instituto Experience” and prints no address. It does not name the manufacturer. It does say the product was assembled in the USA.

Can you take Retride without doing keto?

The label does not require a diet, but it suggests a 70/25/5 keto diet “for best results in achieving ketosis.” Keto supplements do not put you in ketosis on their own (Cleveland Clinic, 2023).

Where can I buy Retride?

On this site, from the USA Authorized Retride Retailer. As of October 11, 2026, we found no Retride listings on Amazon, Walmart or eBay.

What does “Advanced Weight Loss Support” on the Retride label mean?

It is the headline claim on the front label. Its asterisk points to the FDA disclaimer. It says how the product is positioned, not how many pounds anyone will lose.

How is Retride different from a ketone ester drink?

Retride uses BHB salts, which are BHB bound to a mineral. Ketone esters are a different form. At the same dose, an ester drink raised blood ketones far more than a salt drink (Stubbs et al., 2017).

Which Retride pack should a first-time buyer pick?

The 2-bottle pack lasts 60 days, the same length as the money-back window. The 6-bottle pack has the lowest price per bottle, $49 on the sales page, but it lasts 180 days.

Who sells Retride on this website?

The USA Authorized Retride Retailer runs this site. It handles tracking, changes and refunds at +1 (302) 200-3480. It is not the manufacturer.
